Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)

Returns must be sent to:

Do not send items back without contacting us first – unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Personal care items (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges
Want to exchange something?
The fastest way: return your original item, and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
The item must meet the same return conditions: unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
